With its plentiful tree canopy, mid-century modern Eichler homes, lakeside trails and abundant wildlife, the award winning Skycrest neighborhood has a wonderful history that includes being developed as one of the first true residential suburbs of downtown Clearwater.
Formed to serve the needs of residents and business owners, the Skycrest Neighborhood Association is a link to Clearwater's government leaders and acts as a collective voice that has been established by neighbors, for neighbors.
